Kept whatever you choose, because the site cannot function without them: your patient-portal session, the security token that protects forms from cross-site abuse, and a record of your cookie choice so we stop asking.

If you agree, Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages patients actually read and where they give up, using an identifier that is not linked to your name. It is switched off until you accept.

If you agree, the Meta and TikTok pixels let us see which campaign brought you here and avoid showing ads to people who have already enquired. These providers may set their own cookies under their own policies. They are switched off until you accept.

Stripe sets cookies on its checkout to detect fraud. They are part of taking a payment safely and cannot be declined while paying.

Use the Cookie Preferences link in the site footer at any time to change your choice. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings — blocking the necessary ones will stop the patient portal from working.
