Take Care Turkey is a medical travel coordinator. We introduce you to accredited hospitals and clinicians, facilitate arrangements between you and them, and coordinate the practical parts of your trip — before, during and after your treatment.

We do not provide diagnosis, surgery, treatment or medical advice. Clinical decisions — including your suitability for treatment, your treatment plan, and your outcome — are made by the licensed physicians and hospital treating you, under their own professional responsibility. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Every treatment carries risk and no outcome can be promised. Prices, timelines and the suitability of a treatment are indicative until a clinician has assessed you. Photographs of previous patients illustrate what is possible for those patients; they are not a prediction for you.

Some treatment and package prices can be confirmed at the time you make your reservation. Other treatment prices can only be confirmed after our medical team has reviewed the information, medical history, photographs and/or documents you submit for your case.

A price shown on this website, or any preliminary price you are given before that review is complete, is indicative only. It is not a personalized medical quotation for your case unless and until it has been confirmed for you. We will never invent or guess a price for your treatment — where your price still depends on medical review, we will tell you plainly that it has not yet been confirmed.

Confirmed prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise and cover the items listed in your package. Anything not listed — flights, extra nights, unrelated treatment, or complications arising from conditions you did not disclose — is not included.

A reservation is confirmed once we accept it and your reservation deposit has been received. The deposit is paid securely through Take Care Turkey’s website, and it secures your reservation on the terms applicable to the treatment you have selected.

Where your treatment price has already been confirmed for you, the reservation deposit is deducted from that confirmed price, and the remaining balance is paid directly to the hospital or clinic in Turkey providing your treatment. Take Care Turkey’s website does not collect that remaining balance — it is handled directly between you and the treating hospital or clinic.

Where your price still depends on medical review, we will confirm with you how and when the remaining balance is to be paid once your price has been confirmed.

For treatments that require individual assessment, you may be asked to provide profile and contact information, relevant medical information and history, photographs, and any reports or documents requested for your assessment, through our secure Patient Portal or otherwise as instructed.

Our medical team, or the physicians at the treating hospital, review this information before confirming your suitability for treatment, your treatment plan, your treatment price, and any other case-specific requirements.

You agree to give accurate and complete information, including your medical history, medications and any previous surgery, and to follow the pre-operative and aftercare instructions you are given. Withholding relevant information can make treatment unsafe and may affect your reservation.

Passports, visas and fitness to fly are your responsibility. We will tell you what a trip usually requires, but we cannot obtain a visa for you, and we do not guarantee visa approval, airline operations, or admission at any border. We strongly recommend travel and medical insurance that covers treatment abroad.

If you separately opt in to SMS communications — for example, by checking the optional SMS consent box on our reservation form — Take Care Turkey may send you SMS text messages relating to your inquiry, reservation, appointments, treatment and travel coordination, payment-related updates, and customer care.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or reserving any service, and it is separate from your acceptance of the rest of these Terms — you may accept these Terms and reserve your treatment without opting in to SMS. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your treatment or reservation; you can still reach us and continue your reservation through the other channels we offer, including email, phone and your Patient Portal.

This consent applies to the mobile phone number you provide to us. We do not use SMS consent for marketing or promotional messages unless you separately and explicitly agree to that.

We are responsible for coordinating your journey with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the clinical judgement or the acts of the hospital and its clinicians, who contract with you directly, nor for delays outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

The text, photographs and design here belong to Take Care Turkey or its licensors. You may read and share pages; you may not copy them for your own commercial use. Do not misuse the site or attempt to access parts of it that are not open to you.

The cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions that apply to your reservation will be confirmed to you as part of your reservation and quotation process.

Nothing in this section affects any cancellation or refund right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of our services will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence, which cannot be excluded by agreement.

Our collection and use of your personal information, including SMS and mobile information, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. Nothing in these Terms expands the sharing of your information beyond what the Privacy Policy describes.
