KVKK & GDPR Notice

Your rights under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and the GDPR, and how to use them.

1. Controller

2. Health data is special-category data

Under Article 6 of the KVKK and Article 9 of the GDPR, data concerning health may only be processed on narrow grounds. We rely on yourexplicit consent, taken separately from any other permission, before we process the medical details you send us or arrange a clinical assessment. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; we will stop processing and delete what we no longer need to keep.

3. Calls and recordings

Where a call is recorded or transcribed we say so at the start and you can decline. Recordings exist so that what a coordinator promised is verifiable, and they are deleted on the schedule in ourPrivacy Policy.

4. Transfers outside Türkiye and the EEA

Our CRM, telephony, payment and hosting providers are established in the United States. Transfers are made on the basis of your explicit consent and the safeguards in each provider's data processing agreement, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.[confirm the KVKK Art. 9 route: explicit consent, undertaking, or adequacy]

5. Your rights

  • Learn whether we process your data, and obtain a copy
  • Know the purpose and whether it is used accordingly
  • Know the third parties, at home and abroad, it is transferred to
  • Have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected
  • Have it deleted or destroyed when the reason for holding it is gone
  • Have corrections and deletions notified to those we shared it with
  • Object to a decision produced solely by automated analysis
  • Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
  • Restrict processing, and receive your data in a portable form (GDPR)

6. How to make a request

Email[email protected]from the address you gave us, or write to the registered address above, telling us which right you are using. We answer within thirty days and free of charge unless a request is manifestly excessive. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.

7. Complaints

You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) or, if you are in the EEA or UK, to your own supervisory authority.
